4. Orders and Payment Terms

Order Process:

Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase our products. We reserve the right to accept or decline your order for any reason. Orders are considered accepted when we send an order confirmation email.

Pricing:

All prices are in US Dollars. We reserve the right to change prices at any time without notice. Sale prices are valid for the duration of the sale as indicated.

5. Shipping Policy

We process all orders within 1-2 business days of receiving them. Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Shipping Options:

• Standard Shipping: $12.95 via DHL or FedEx, delivered within 10-15 business days after shipment
• Free Shipping: Available on orders over $50 via EMS, delivered within 15-25 business days after shipment

Shipping Limitations:

We ship worldwide but are unable to deliver to some Asian countries and remote regions. Delivery times may vary during holidays or due to circumstances beyond our control.

Risk of loss and title for products pass to you upon delivery to the carrier. We are not responsible for delays once the product has been handed to the shipping carrier.

6. Returns and Exchanges

We stand behind everything we sell and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase.

Final Sale Items:

Due to hygiene and safety reasons, the following products are considered final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged once packaging is opened:

• All flies (including Anchor Flies, Articulated Streamers, Caddis Flies, Carp Flies, Chironomids, and all other fly types)
• Beads
• Chenille materials

Eligible Returns/Exchanges:

For all other items (Boots & Cleats, Clothing & Logo Gear, Books & Videos, etc.):

• We accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of you receiving your order
• Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition as received
• Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless we made an error
• Original shipping costs are non-refundable

Return Process:

1. Contact our “streamside support” team at [email protected] within 15 days of receipt
2. Provide your order number and details about the product
3. Wait for a Returns Authorization Number and instructions
4. Ship the unused, original item(s) with a copy of your packing slip to the provided address

Refunds:

Refunds will be issued to your original payment method:

• Credit/Debit Cards: 5-10 business days to appear on your statement
• PayPal: Typically processed within 3-5 business days

If you selected free shipping on your original order, the cost of standard shipping will be deducted from your refund total.
