Shipping Information
We process all orders within 1-2 business days of receiving them. Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Returns & Exchanges Policy
We stand behind everything we sell and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If something isn’t quite right, we’ll make it right.
Important Exception: Due to hygiene and safety reasons, the following products are considered final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged once packaging is opened:
- All flies (including Anchor Flies, Articulated Streamers, Caddis Flies, Carp Flies, Chironomids, and all other fly types)
- Beads
- Chenille materials
For all other items (Boots & Cleats, Clothing & Logo Gear, Books & Videos, etc.):
- We gladly accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of you receiving your order
- Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition as received
- Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless we made an error
- Original shipping costs are non-refundable
The Returns & Exchanges Process
Follow these simple steps to initiate a return or exchange:
- Contact Us: Within 15 days of receipt, email our “streamside support” team at [email protected] with your order number and details about the product you’d like to return or exchange.
- Wait for Instructions: We’ll reply with a Returns Authorization Number and instructions on where to send your package. Please don’t send anything back without this authorization.
- Ship the Item: Carefully pack the unused, original item(s) and include a copy of your original packing slip or order confirmation. Ship to the address we provide.
- Processing: Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll process your exchange or refund within 3-5 business days.
Refund Timelines & Methods
Refunds will be issued to your original payment method:
- Credit/Debit Cards (Visa, MasterCard, JCB): 5-10 business days to appear on your statement after processing
- PayPal: Typically processed within 3-5 business days
If you selected free shipping on your original order, the cost of standard shipping will be deducted from your refund total.
