We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase and ready to hit the water with confidence. However, we understand that sometimes things don’t work out. Our Returns & Exchanges policy is designed to be as straightforward and angler-friendly as possible.
Our Policy
We gladly accept returns and exchanges for most items within 15 days of you receiving your order. To be eligible for a return or exchange, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition that you received it.
The Returns & Exchanges Process
Follow these simple steps to initiate a return or exchange:
- Contact Us: Within 15 days of receipt, email our “streamside support” team at [email protected] with your order number and details about the product you would like to return or exchange. You can use the template below.
- Wait for Instructions: We will reply with a Returns Authorization Number and instructions on where to send your package. Please do not send anything back without this authorization.
- Ship the Item: Carefully pack the unused, original item(s) and include a copy of your original packing slip or order confirmation. Ship the package to the address we provide. Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to an error on our part.
- Processing: Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your exchange or refund. Please allow 3-5 business days for us to process the return after we receive it.
Refund Timelines & Methods
Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment used at the time of purchase (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal).
- Credit/Debit Card refunds: May take 5-10 business days to appear on your statement after processing.
- PayPal refunds: Are typically processed and reflected in your account within 3-5 business days.
Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable. If you selected free shipping on your original order, the cost of standard shipping will be deducted from your refund total.
